We would like to inform our customers that the shipping costs applied during your purchases correspond directly to the cost of the delivery service. At Popu Solar, we are committed to maintaining competitive prices, and we are committed to presenting all additional costs in a clear and transparent manner. Our goal is to provide you not only with quality products, but also a shopping experience without surprises, where each cost element is justified and explicit. Sendcloud primarily works with carriers offering solutions for standard-sized parcels, generally weighing less than 30kg or with a total of 150 cm or less for the sum of the three dimensions (LxWxH). When you order an item that is outside the standard category, you will see non-standard shipping fees applied, meaning we have to use other carriers that specialise in non-standard dimensions and weights.
Pour transport standard
For the cost of transporting standard parcels, the displayed prices are directly the prices applied by Sendcloud, pre-negotiated with the carriers.
Some exceptions
The item: plug & play balcony kit, has an additional transport cost of €50 because it contains 2 large solar panels.

To simplify and facilitate the handling of out-of-gauge transport:
We offer flat rates for shipping costs:
45 € for orders < 1000 €
60 € for orders between 1000 € and 2500 €
120 € pour commande entre 1500 € et 2500 €
Beyond £5000, shipping will be charged on invoice (actual cost) with an estimate of 5% of the order price.

Yes, it is entirely possible to collect the goods from our warehouse located at Avenue de l'énergie, 26, 4432, Alleur.
No shipping costs applied, loading is included.
Please contact us beforehand as there is currently no on-call service.
For stock goods, please allow 3-5 working days to allow time to schedule collection with Steenbergen and arrange delivery within 48 hours of loading;
For out-of-stock merchandise, please allow 6-10 business days for replenishment time from our suppliers.
Yes, it is possible to return the item with original packaging within 30 days after receiving the item. Transport is at your expense. If the item is returned in conformity, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you by the same means of payment.
Any return of merchandise must be the subject of a written request to the address: info@popusolar.com, we undertake to process it within 48 hours after receiving your request.
