Green energy for businesses and industries

In the 2022 REPowerEU plan, the EU has presented a series of measures on energy: in the short term, a solution must be found to end the EU's dependence on Russian fossil fuels; in the long term, it will be necessary to combat the climate crisis. To achieve these ambitious goals, strong measures are needed.

You are a company in commerce or industry, your company has buildings in Belgium, especially you have a significant consumption of electricity through your professional activity, installing solar panels will make you reduce your electricity bill considerably. It remains a profitable investment and it is green energy.

Wind turbines are still possible subject to a preliminary study and an agreement on the issue of a planning permit. The process is more complex but it will be less interesting if electricity consumption is only during the day, the photovoltaic solution will in principle be sufficient with storage batteries (except in winter when production is low). If you have significant electricity consumption throughout the year, wind energy could be a useful supplemental source if you have open land that is suitable for a small wind turbine installation.
